The ordering process and order confirmation
Your order via our websites constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register or place an order without registration.
Shipping and delivery
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery) you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that your order has been received. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance by us.The contract for purchase of the product is formed only after we send you an email with shipping confirmation.
You may select items (products) from our range of products, details of which will be added to the "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "Checkout" button (located in several locations within our websites), you submit an offer to buy the goods in the Shopping Cart from us. As soon as this offer is accepted by us via an Acceptance Email (as described below) your order forms a binding contract of sale for products between you and us.
Prior placing an order you can view and modify your order details at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart” button.
You will automatically receive from us an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Confirmation Email") with a summary of the details of your order, we recommend you to print and save a copy of the Confirmation email . The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it records the fact that we have received your order. Please check that all details in the Confirmation Email are accurate, specially the products ordered, shipping address and contact information. In case there is some inaccuracy with the Confirmation email details, or, if you have not received a Confirmation email within 1 hour from placing your order, please contact us immediately at: Service@Kissmetic.com.
We will send you an additional (second) email once we will ship your order which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (the "Acceptance Email") at which point a binding contract of sale for products will be concluded between you and us.
This email will also constitute our acceptance for the provision of delivery services which will be carried out by a third side company (according to the sole decision of Kissmetic).
This email will contain the shipping company information and the tracking number.
Registering for a VIP Club account
To make it easier for you to order products and benefit from a unique offers and discounts, we offer you the opportunity to register for a personal account within our "VIP Club".
If you take advantage of this opportunity, any personal data that you provide us during the registration process will be stored in our database and will be entered into the order form automatically in any new order, if any of those pieces of information changes; it is your responsibility to update them on your VIP Club account.
In order to register, you must supply us via the online registration form the following details: your name, gender, age range, referral details, password, billing address and your delivery address. Once you submit the registration form, this information will be stored in our customer database. You can access, update or modify your personal VIP Club account details via the "My Account" button. We will only use the stored data in accordance to laws & GDPR regulations, we will never share your information with any exterior party.
Only you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We can't and won't check the identities of people using our Websites and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or user name is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately by email to Service@Kissmetic.com if you become aware or suspect any unauthorized use of your username or password.
Your use of Kissmetic Websites
By accepting the Terms and conditions, you confirm that all details and information which you have provided to us (whether by registration or ordering without registration), are correct and updated at all times.
By accepting the Terms and conditions, you are obligating that you:
- Will not use any of Kissmetic websites in any way which will (or might) cause any damage to the name or reputation of Kissmetic or any of the brands which are sold on Kissmetic websites.
- Will not use any of Kissmetic websites for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party.
- Will not use any of kissmetic's websites in a matter that will (or might) cause any interruption or damage to any of Kissmetic's websites or any other website in any way.
- Will not try or attempt to access accounts of other users Kissmetic websites users or attempt to penetrate the Website security measures (including infrastructure which host the website content, database, etc.).
- Will use our websites only for private purposes unless you will receive a written approval from Kissmetic's CEO.
In case we will suspect or have any indication that you (or someone else using your account) have (or might have) been involved in any activity which violates our terms and conditions,
We keep ourselves the rights to restrict or eliminate your account without any pre or post notification.
The written above shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
Website Products Prices, shipping charges and payment
The price of a product shall be as presented on our Website at the exact time you place your order, except in case of a technical error on our website (visible to our visitors or not).
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but, in some cases, errors may occur.
In case we discover any error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, taking in consideration that we notify you before we ship the item to you. In such circumstances, we will inform you (by Email) of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel your order without any cancelation fees. If you choose to cancel your order, no payment will be taken from your credit card (or other payment method).
As our main warehouse is located in the Netherlands, we are shipping inside the EU with no additional VAT charges for you. Any shipping for a country in Europe which is outside of the EU will be charged with VAT according to the delivery country regulations.
For your full satisfaction, we are glad to offer all of our customers a ‘100% free delivery’ on all orders over (as low as) 29€. Any orders below the minimal order value of 29€ will be charged with reduced delivery costs which are partially subsidized by Kissmetic. As Kissmetic is cooperating with leading global curriers – any payment made for shipping will be forward to the curriers in order to dispatch your package. When ordering above the minimal limit for free shipping – Kissmetic will pay for the entire shipping cost.

We accept payment for products, products handling, shipping and returns by credit card and PayPal only. All payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before the products are dispatched to you.
You confirm that the credit card/ paypal account that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Any delay or issue with payment authorization by your card issuer will automatically hold your order until further clarification. Kissmetic will not hold charges for any delay of your order dispatch caused due to payment authorization and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. Your order will be sent only after a full authorization by the relevant parties. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Kissmetic are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit card payment regarding your order.
Occasionally Kissmetic issue promotion codes for the benefit of it’s customers. You must address the fact that all codes are case and space sensitive. Unless stated otherwise, all promotion codes are single used and cannot be added to other promotion codes. Please note that some brands are excluded from out promotion codes.

Delivery and Ownership
We accept orders for worldwide delivery and shipping. All deliveries (unless mentioned otherwise) will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you at your order.
All orders are handled, processed & dispatched within 1-2 business days and in any case within 30 days following the day after your order was made. In any case in which we are unable to dispatch your order in time – we will update you by the email address provided in your order with the estimated delivery time. In this case you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for your payment.
Once the products are delivered to you, you are the only responsible for the products.
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer service center as soon as possible.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have certain rights under the law. These include:
that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on our Website; certain remedies if a product is defective; and a right to cancel your order within 28 working days, beginning the day after the day on which You receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. Return of non-faulty goods
We truly hope you will be satisfied with your purchase from our website.
If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund :
you should notify us in writing that you would like to cancel your purchase no later than 28 business days after the day on which the product was received by you.
you confirm that you have taken reasonable care of the product prior returning it to us - in particular – that the product not have been damaged;
you may give us notice of cancellation by email or through the online contact form in our website.
you will be responsible for the payment of returning the product back to us, unless it was sent faulty, incorrect or not as described by us.
Please make sure to return the Product with it’s original package in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition without any damage.
We will refund the purchase amount and original delivery charge (if made) of any goods returned no longer than 28 days from the day when you notice us of cancellation, after the returned product arrived back to us in a reasonable condition in its original package. The refund of delivery costs is made by us on behalf of our global delivery companies.
Please note that in case that you fail to take reasonable care and handling of returned products, or fail to return the product to us for any reason, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
Our Legal obligations and our Limitation on Liability

If we breach these Terms for some reason, we shall only be held responsible for losses which are a reasonably consequence of such a breach, up to the maximum of the purchase price of your original order.

The statements and products are not intended in any way to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition (medical or other) or disease. We sell multiple cosmetic brand in our website. All products are manufactured by and under the full responsibility of the original brand manufacturer. We are not responsible for the products components and you should verify any
Nowadays technology doesn’t allow to develop and operate websites and data processing systems (hardware) without errors all the time, or to entirely prevent any unpredictable events in internet connectivity. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that our website will be connected to the internet and available 100% of the time with no issues at all.
We are not responsible for:
losses that are not caused by our breach or mistake.
indirect losses that are a side effect of the primary loss or damage and that aren’t reasonably foreseeable by both sides (us and you) when entering to this agreement, as for example – any opportunity or profit loss.
Any failure to provide our Website or to meet any of our mentioned obligations under this agreement when such failure is caused by Events which are beyond of our control (any event which is caused beyond our reasonable control capabilities - which prevents us from fully providing the Website features or products or fulfilling any other obligations mentioned in this agreement which includes but not limited to: storm, flood, fire, riots, civil actions, war, terrorist activity, nuclear event or accident, nature disaster and act of god.

Your usage of our website grants you no rights to copyright, design , trademarks or any other of our intellectual property rights (or our partners or any third party).
Our website is attended for your personal, non-commercial usage. You have the rights to copy and\ or print only materials (text & pictures) that are required in the process of the website usage\ purchase and for your personal usage only. The website content & materials (text & pictures) must not be used for any other purpose than mentioned above – unless a written authorization was granted by us In advance.
We will always take our best actions to resolve any disputes or misunderstanding over the terms of this agreement. If, for any reason, you wish to take legal\ court actions against us you must do so within Israel courts. Relevant Israeli law will be applied.
